N-GAGED is the independent training arm of colleges from the West of England, it has been established to deliver flexible, employer-focused training solutions – free from the traditional constraints of the College system.
N-GAGED has a dedicated employer engagement team that works very closely with employers at board level, with training departments or at Union Representative level to provide a bespoke service in training needs identification, solution design, delivery and evaluation.
The service we provide to you, the customer, as well as to trainees or delegates sets N-GAGED apart from other providers due to our regular feedback, individual progress reports and flexible invoicing arrangements.
